Beautiful antique Japanese cloisonné enamel vase featuring an elegant pastel color palette and intricate all-over floral decoration.

The vase has a graceful baluster form with a long neck and flared rim. Decorative details include pale lavender-gray enamel, soft pink and mint-green floral panels, turquoise foliage, scrolling motifs, a geometric chevron border, and a shimmering goldstone-style enamel band around the shoulder.

The combination of pastel colors and detailed patterning gives the vase a charming jewel-like appearance reminiscent of an ornate Easter egg. It is a lovely decorative piece for a Japanese art, cloisonné, or antique enamel collection.

Likely dating to the late Meiji or early Taishō period, approximately 1900–1920. No maker’s mark was observed.

Approximate measurements:

  • Height: 7 1/4 inches
  • Top rim diameter: approximately 2 inches
  • Base diameter: approximately 1 3/4 inches
